CHINA WHITE IS THE TEA OF TODAY explains Jasmine Pat, Managing Director of China White Limited, launched in 2006

I believe China White is the first Company in New Zealand to produce and bottle organic ice tea. We use freshly brewed organic white tealeaves as white teas are said to have more anti-oxidants than most teas and less caffeine than most, including green teas.

We have carefully selected New Zealand fruits and ingredients that can be readily sourced and use organic ingredients where possible. China White provides a healthy and sophisticated alternative for the health-conscious and ‘carb-conscious’ consumer.

Emerging from its popularity in Asia, the United States and Europe, ice tea has become an increasingly popular beverage. A tea culture is evolving in New Zealand as people become more aware of the health benefits of tea. I created CHINA WHITE to promote and embrace good health and well-being. And as a New Zealander of Chinese descent, I have incorporated elements of these two cultures. The design of the logo and the ingredients that I use to create unique ice teas are influenced by my background.
